RETURNS
Please order carefully and check your that order is exactly what you wanted when you receive confirmation. If you spot any errors , please inform me asap but certainly no later than within 24 hours. After this time, changes cannot be made. However Little Poppins cannot accept responsibility for an incorrect order.
As these are custom hand-made items made to order, we do not accept returns unless faulty. In this case, you must notify us no later than 7 days of receipt and return it to us unworn asap. Replacements will be sent once the returned item is received.
NB: Little Poppins will not refund postage and packaging charges, tax and duties payable outside of the EU.

We strongly suggest that you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.

Items are made to order. Please allow 7 working days for your order to be made. It will then be sent 1st class via Royal Mail.
• UK 1st Class Royal Mail: £3.50
• EU First Class: £5.50
• International postage: £7.50
• Your order will be wrapped. Please let us know If it is a gift and we can add a personalised tag for the giftee.
NOTE FOR ORDERS
When washed the initial/motif will crinkle, just iron to smooth it back out.
Each design is hand-cut and sewn, adding to its personal touch. Please expect the applique motif designs to fray slightly with time (only adding to the handmade style). To tidy your applique design, carefully pull the loose thread and trim away with sharp scissors.
